SITTER & NANNY APPLICATION

Our Team of sitters and nannies is the best part of Kiddo + Co. We interview hundreds of potential team-members and only select the best suited for our families.

Caring for kiddos is an important job so we provide CPR certification, training and connection to remarkable families (we put our families through as much screening as we do our sitters and nannies).

Our application isn’t instant and will include interviews (both in-person and group) as well as training before you get started, but it does a great job of making sure each person on our team is a top, notch care provider.

SITTER & NANNY REQUIREMENTS

All Kiddo & Co caregivers must meet all the following requirements before they begin nannying or sitting:

Non-Disclosure Agreement
Reliable Transportation
Driving Record Check
Background Check
Insurance Check
Comprehensive Kiddo & Co Care Training Completed
